Gabriel S. Saade, Esq. is the founding partner of The Saade Law Firm, P.A. (“Saade Law”).
Mr. Saade concentrates in litigation on behalf of injured parties and their families, as well as defendants, and transactional and commercial-law related matters for corporate clients.
While working for several years at a prestigious Miami plaintiffs’ firm, Mr. Saade represented injured persons and their families in Florida and Massachusetts in a variety of personal injury cases involving products liability, environmental toxic torts, wrongful death, mesothelioma/asbestos exposure, catastrophic injury, dangerous drugs, medical malpractice, and premises liability.
Notably, Mr. Saade assisted in obtaining a $21 million verdict in a products liability case on behalf of a Plaintiff who suffered from mesothelioma resulting from his asbestos exposures at Florida Power & Light. See Richard Batchelor, et al., v. American Optical Corp. et al., 11th Judicial Circuit Court in and for Miami-Dade County.
For his commercial clients- large and small- Mr. Saade manages all types of transactional and commercial law-related matters, including complex commercial litigation. His clients include contractors, merchants, product designers, manufacturers, developers, and start-up companies. Mr. Saade is skilled in handling all contractual legal needs, including analyzing, preparing, negotiating, and assessing various contracts such as limited liability company agreements, leases, non-compete agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and independent contractor contracts, among others.
Mr. Saade attended undergrad at Duke University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and a certificate in markets and management. During all four years, Mr. Saade was a starting second baseman/shortstop for Duke’s baseball team, earning all ACC Academics Honors each year.
Following Duke, Mr. Saade earned his juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Leslie Rothenberg during her judgeship at the Third District Court of Appeal of Florida, and interned at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. He received honorable mention from the Florida Bar for earning one of the highest scores in the state on the professional responsibility examination.
Mr. Saade is a member of the Florida Bar and Massachusetts Bar. He is admitted to - and has stood before - the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
