Jessica Del Sol, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at The Saade Law Firm, P.A. Her practice areas include the areas of civil litigation, business law, complex commercial and business litigation, insurance coverage disputes, landlord-tenant law and real estate litigation.
Ms. Del Sol graduated cum laude from Florida International University with her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology in 2016. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree, with the honors designation of magna cum laude, from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2021.
Ms. Del Sol enjoyed many honors while in law school, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Secured Transactions and Global Legal Skills. She also formed part of Dean’s List for all semesters. While in law school, Ms. Del Sol was an articles editor for the St. Thomas Law Review. During her last year of law school, Ms. Del Sol interned for the Honorable Judge Christina DiRaimondo in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Ms. Del Sol zealously represents owners, landlords, asset managers, and property management companies.
She also has experience with a variety of personal injury cases involving products liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, negligence, and premises liability.
Ms. Del Sol was born in Cuba and raised in Miami. She is fluent in Spanish.
