Andrea Otero is a 3L at St. Thomas University School of Law and is the President of the Intellectual Property and Cyber Law Society, Executive Secretary of the Fashion Law Society, member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and a member of the Journal of Complex Litigation. She is currently pursuing the Intellectual Property Certificate at St. Thomas University and has been published by the Journal of Complex Litigation with her paper on Potential Influencer Liability for Trademark Infringement.                  

Prior to attending law school, Andrea graduated cum laude from Belmont University in Nashville, TN with a Music Business degree with a Legal Emphasis. Andrea was a member of Grammy U where she attended multiple seminars on Music Licensing, Songwriter Copyrighting and was also a member of the Women in Entertainment organization. Andrea is also an active Real Estate Sales Associate since 2017.
