Leirys Diego is a recent Florida International University (FIU) graduate. Throughout her four years at FIU, Leirys was the Editor in Chief for the Her Campus Magazine and served as the Mock Trial Chair for the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Organization. She was also involved as Vice President of Academic Affairs for Delta Phi Epsilon and Vice President of Communications for the Women’s Panhellenic Council. She was a Dean’s List recipient for all semesters of attendance and graduated in December 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Bachelor’s of Science in Digital Journalism, and a Pre-Law Skills and Professional Values Certificate.

Leirys is fluent in English and Spanish.
