Gabriel S. Saade, Esq. is the founding partner of The Saade Law Firm, P.A., a South-Florida based law firm that prides itself on being zealous advocates to its clients. Saade Law represents and counsels individuals, businesses, property owners, and entrepreneurs through complex legal processes. Mr. Saade’s team of attorneys combine vast legal and practical business experience to exceed their clients’ expectations and honor their interests.

Under the leadership of Mr. Saade, the firm has become a one-stop-shop for clients to start, operate, and defend their businesses. His practice focuses on civil litigation, business law, hospitality law, real estate litigation, and complex commercial and business litigation.

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Mr. Saade earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a certificate in Markets and Management from Duke University in Durham, North Caroline. During his time at this prestigious institution, he started as the Second Baseman/Shortstop for the Duke Baseball team for all four years of his academic experience, where he also earned All ACC Academic Honors.

After graduating from Duke University, Mr. Saade attended the University of Miami School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor. During his time as a student he got valuable work experience while clerking for the Honorable Leslie Rothenberg during her  judgeship at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. He also interned at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office.

After graduating Law School at the University of Miami, Mr. Saade began his legal career at a prestigious Miami plaintiffs' firm where he represented injured persons and their families in both Florida and Massachusetts in a variety of personal unjust cases involving product liability, environmental toxic torts, mesothelioma/asbestos exposure, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, dangerous drugs, medical malpractice, and premises liability. As a fierce advocate for his clients, Mr. Saade assisted in achieving a $21 million verdict for an individual who suffered from mesothelioma as a result of asbestos exposure at the Florida Power and Light Company (FPL), the largest electric power company in the state of Florida. To this day, Mr. Saade continues to be an advocate for injured individuals and their families throughout Florida and the United States.

Throughout his career, Mr. Saade has been dedicated to representing individuals and business entities in corporate related matters, including intellectual property, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, pre-litigation and litigation matters, among others.

The Saade Law Firm, headed by Mr. Saade, serves as outside general counsel for over one hundred business entities throughout the country. Mr. Saade and his team support businesses in both routine and complex legal matters ranging from contract creation and review to preparing applications to register intellectual property, asset acquisition, and more. Additionally, Mr. Saade has vast experience in Real Estate Law, including drafting and revising lease agreements, property management agreements, and evictions.

Mr. Saade’s practice areas include business law, complex business litigation, intellectual property law and litigation, construction law and litigation, real estate litigation, civil litigation, and hospitality law and litigation. He has admissions several states in the United States including Florida, Massachusetts, Washington State, Georgia, Texas, Washington D.C., and Colorado.
